If I could add a minus score I would. Julie was my letting agent for 4yrs. In this time I had numerous problems and issues. I have unfortunately had to deal with Hazelwells who were managing a property I lived in and they have the most shocking customer service I have ever received. Learn some customer service skills and call people back to keep them up to date with progress.
